New version of My EAP broadens EFAP support access

TORONTO, May 28, 2013 /CNW/ - Morneau Shepell is pleased to announce the newest version of its My EAP app, which provides fast and easy access to support through interactive tools. The new version includes the company's Online Access service that allows employees and their family members to book Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) support services securely and confidentially on their mobile device - anytime and anywhere.

My EAP is available worldwide and is free to download. Features include:

  • Immediate and secure EFAP service booking through Online Access;
  • Instant and private connection with a professional counsellor via online chat technology with First Chat;
  • App sharing on social media networks such as Facebook and Twitter, and also email.
