MORNEAU SHEPELL INC. DECLARES AUGUST 2012 CASH DIVIDEND

TORONTO, ON – August 21, 2012 – (TSX: MSI) Morneau Shepell Inc. (“MSI”) announced today a cash dividend of $0.065 per share for the month of August 2012, to be paid on September 17, 2012 to holders of record of shares of MSI on August 31, 2012. 

MSI designates this dividend to be an “eligible dividend” pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and similar provincial and territorial legislation.
