MORNEAU SHEPELL INC. DECLARES DECEMBER 2011 CASH DIVIDEND

TORONTO, December 16, 2011 – Morneau Shepell Inc. (“MSI”) announced today a cash dividend of $0.065 per share for the month of December 2011, to be paid January 16, 2012 to holders of record of shares of MSI on December 30, 2011. 

MSI designates this dividend to be an “eligible dividend” pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and similar provincial and territorial legislation.
