MORNEAU SHEPELL INC. DECLARES JANUARY 2011 CASH DIVIDEND

TORONTO, JANUARY 18, 2011 – Morneau Shepell Inc. announced today a cash dividend of $0.065 per share for the month of January 2011, to be paid February 15, 2011 to holders of record of shares of MSI on January 28, 2011.
