MORNEAU SHEPELL INC. DECLARES NOVEMBER 2011 CASH DIVIDEND

TORONTO, November 18, 2011 – Morneau Shepell Inc. (“MSI”) announced today a cash dividend of $0.065 per share for the month of November 2011, to be paid December 15, 2011 to holders of record of shares of MSI on November 30, 2011.

MSI designates this dividend to be an “eligible dividend” pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and similar provincial and territorial legislation.
