Morneau Shepell’s clients selected as finalists at 2019 Workplace Benefits Awards
Leading organizations recognized by Benefits Canada for strides in improving employee well-being
TORONTO, October 17, 2019 – Morneau Shepell is proud to announce that eight of its clients have been selected as finalists in Benefits Canada’s 2019 Workplace Benefits Awards. This year, finalists include Scotiabank in the absence management and diversity programs categories; 3M, IBM Canada and Ontario Power Generation in the mental health category; City of Mississauga in health and wellness over 1,000 employees; Franklin Templeton Investments Canada in health and wellness under 1,000 employees; DHL Supply Chain in pension plan communications; and WSP Canada Inc. in benefits plan communications.

The annual awards recognize organizations demonstrating industry-leading support for their employees’ physical, mental and financial well-being. Winners were recognized at an awards luncheon held on October 17 at the Arcadian Loft in Toronto. Among Morneau Shepell’s clients, Scotiabank, Franklin Templeton Investments Canada and WSP Canada Inc. were named winners in their respective categories. Morneau Shepell was the platinum sponsor of the awards.
