Navigating Change: 2018 Business Council Skills Survey
April 5, 2018
A new report conducted by Morneau Shepell, in cooperation with the Business Council of Canada, indicates that Canadian employers are working harder and spending more to recruit recent post-secondary graduates, in an increasingly competitive labour market. The findings are based on responses from 95 of Canada’s largest companies. Eighty-three per cent of them participate in co-op programs and other forms of work-integrated learning initiatives that help identify potential new hires.
