Morneau Shepell acquires Collage Pediatric Therapy

Acquisition accelerates company's growth in the Children's Support Solutions market

TORONTO, Sept. 3, 2013 /CNW/ - Morneau Shepell (TSX: MSI), the largest company in Canada offering human resources consulting and outsourcing services, today announced that it has acquired Collage Pediatric Therapy, a privately-held group of professionals dedicated to providing multidisciplinary health services to children.

Collage Pediatric Therapy is a team of speech-language pathologists, psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and behavioural specialists working together in a practice focused exclusively on children. The company has two clinics in Montreal and two clinics in the Greater Toronto Area.

This acquisition represents less than one percent of Morneau Shepell's revenue and is not expected to have a material impact on the company's financial performance in 2013.
