MORNEAU SHEPELL INC. DECLARES MAY 2011 CASH DIVIDEND

TORONTO, MAY 19, 2011 – Morneau Shepell Inc. (“MSI”) announced today a cash dividend of $0.065 per share for the month of May 2011, to be paid June 15, 2011 to holders of record of shares of MSI on May 31, 2011. 

MSI designates this dividend to be an “eligible dividend” pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and similar provincial and territorial legislation.
